   Mandatory Requirement: One (1) successfully completed contract for the development of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Qualification of Consultant Firm:
1. Five (5) or more years of experience in developing and implementing IT systems, systems integration and digital transformation projects.
2. Proven experience in developing and implementing LIMS for the Laboratories that are certified per the standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing LIMS for at least 3 (three) laboratories.
