   a. Relevant experience in Consultancy Services related to the preparation of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment & Resettlement Action Plan Instruments with an added advantage if similar assignments were performed in the City of Kigali or in the region
b. Firm’s eligibility supporting documents and brochures of similar assignment performed in the past
c. List and Description of similar assignments undertaken by the firm in the past of the same complexity in nature;
d. Availability of key personnel, qualification, and experience of key personnel in similar assignment;
e. The bidders must be rigested in umucyo.gov,rw and bids will be submitted in e-procurement
