   All the Consultant (including one or several experts) meeting the criteria below are invited to withdraw the tender
documents with technical specifications at the above mentioned email addresses:
- Have at least one expert profile with international experience and a post-graduate degree.
- Be autonomous in terms of understanding and translation of Nepali language to be able to work in close
collaboration and communicate proactively with all levels of actors related to the Project.
- Have experience in final evaluation of humanitarian or development projects.
- Have experience with international Non-Governmental Organization
- Knowledge in Water, Sanitation, Hygiene and Livelihood
- Previous experience of evaluation following the OECD DAC criteria is an asset.
- For registered firm they have to submit their legal documents (Registration certification) with updated legal documents
