   - Preferably engineering degree or a university degree in management, transportation or a related field;
- At least ten (10) years of experience in Railway Safety management system;
- Preferably experience in carrying out operational performance audits, especially in the transport sector and preferably in the railway sub-sector;
- Preferably minimum 3 assignments advising the clients in development, preparation of Safety Management System as a Team Leader of international railway safety system development or planning projects;
- Fluency in English language;
- Regional experience: preference shall be given to consultants having similar experience in CIS or Baltic countries.
- Consultant should be with achievements in participation in developing and implementing successful Safety Management Systems in railways, preferably of similar size and traffic to ADY or larger.
