Strategic Perspective: Use Conditional Cash Transfer Programs, targeted subsidies, and socio-educational support to reduce multidimensional and monetary poverty in the Dominican Republic. By making monetary transfers conditional, it is expected to improve the process of enrollment and attendance of children in schools, recurrent medical visits, as well as the receipt of vaccines by beneficiaries, etc. Resulting in an improvement of the current generation in poverty, as well as helping to break the intergenerational transmission of poverty through the development of human capital. Likewise, through socio-educational support and training, we seek to complement the impact of monetary transfers as well as prepare beneficiaries for their possible insertion in the labor market. With these actions, we can also promote the creation of capacities and skills that lead beneficiaries to social inclusion, economic empowerment, and the promotion of social cohesion, and in the same way reduce the feminization of poverty.
