• Provide CORAMON with a planning document, in accordance with the drinking water and sanitation needs of the Monseñor Nouel Province valid for the period 2021-2025. • Identify the Public Investment, commercial, administrative, financial, operational, human and communication projects, which are a priority and necessary for CORAMON to be able to provide services efficiently and influence the drinking water and sanitation sector of the Monseñor Nouel Province. • Determine the resources necessary to be able to execute the projects identified as priorities and identify the sources of resources, national and international, with which their execution can be achieved within the established deadlines. • Harmonize the administrative and operational structure to the PEI to achieve the necessary complementarity, concurrence and coherence and the projects can be executed with the alignment and empowerment of human capital at all levels of the organization. • Adapt CORAMON, with the execution of its priority Public Investment projects, so that it can operate in accordance with what is established by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, through the General Directorate of Quality Standards, the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Development and the Ministry of the Environment.
