The Object Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Computer Maintenance And Assistance Service And The Resolution Of Resulting Breakdowns, To The Different Entities Adhering To This Joint Tender Detailed In Clause 1.2. Of The Particular Technical Prescriptions (From Now On Pptp). Likewise, The Object Of This Contract Is The Support To The People Who Use The Regular Software Of The Different Entities Adhering To This Joint Procurement, In The Deployment Of The Electronic Administration And The Services Of The Consorci De L'Administración Oberta De Catalunya (Consorci Aoc ). The Assistance And Support To The Staff Of The Different Corporations Participating In This Joint Tender Will Be Provided In Person, By Telephone Or Electronically With Remote Control Tools As The Situation Requires And In Accordance With What Is Established In The Technical Specifications Individuals (Clause 2.2. Of The Pptp).
