PACKAGE No. 5 - IMPLANTS FOR STABILIZATION OF THE SHAFT AND ELECTROCYST OF THE PROXIMAL AND DISTAL TIBIA AND FEMORA, HUMIER AND FOREARM AND THEIR ELECTROCYST
PACKAGE No. 6 - CONSUMABLE MATERIALS FOR STABILIZATION PROCEDURES OF THE SHAFT AND EPIPHATE OF THE PROXIMAL AND DISTAL TIBIA AND FEMORAL BONES, HUMIER AND FOREARM BONES AND THEIR EPIPHATES

• attachment no. 3 to SWZ – draft provisions of the public procurement agreement on the basis of deposit, applies to Packages no. 2, 3, 4, 5, 7.
• attachment no. 3a to SWZ – draft provisions of the public procurement agreement on the basis of deposit of the temporary deposit agreement for the planned procedure, applies to Package no. 1.
• attachment no. 3b – draft provisions of the successive public procurement agreement, applies to Package no. 6.
• attachment no. 3c to SWZ – draft provisions of the public procurement agreement regarding the subject of the loan applies to Package no. 2, 3, 4, 5.
