It Is Intended To Preserve Part Of The Ground Floor And First Floor Of These Buildings, As They Present Unique Architectural Elements, Which Must Be Preserved. The Works To Be Carried Out Are Included In The Project Entitled "Partial Dismantling Of The Can Blanxart Building Complex, Drawn Up By The Architect, Mr. Marc Grifell And Vera And The Technical Architect. Mr. Joan Carles Grifell Suárez.
