As a pioneer leading the followers, Chairperson Koo carried notable responsibilities for Taiwan Cement's development and the execution of the country's diplomatic missions. From PBEC, PECC, APEC to the Koo-Wang Talks, he conquered tremendous obstructions in the international community, leading Taiwan to overcome challenges and marching to a wonderland. Finally, Taiwan Cement grew with the development of Taiwan and followed the steps of the world. The Taiwan Ten Major Construction Projects that started from nothing created the Taiwan Economic Miracle and made modern life possible in Taiwan. And now, the results remain in our daily life.
